What about the £325k one? We're both of the idea that it's not worth a lot more above the asking price. £340k would be the absolute max and pushing it. We think it's worth the asking price and if competition is fierce then £335k.0

I think the £350k is the nicer of the 2 but would also be quite happy in the £325k given your circumstances. I would go in at asking on either and if it's meant to be....Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.0

That's more or less where we're at. We're happy to have some flexibility regarding the asking price but also don't want to make a bad investment long-term.Sunsaru said:I think the £350k is the nicer of the 2 but would also be quite happy in the £325k given your circumstances. What about this one? Turn the store room and internal garage into a 4th bedroom and it is under budget https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/103840181#/Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0

The angles are super odd but has already been sold any ways, it's still listed "just in case". (plus is the type of house I wouldn't like the look of).purplebutterfly said:What about this one? But is is in a good location walking distance to the town centre and a nice park whereas the other one is on the edge. Depends on your priorities I guess.RelievedSheff said:
This one I don't like at all.mrsmortgage said:This is the other one we're viewing. According to the EA he's going to be there all day (I do believe him). https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property/108985616
It seems like a lot of money for a mid terrace with no garden that need smartening up.

Then he is expecting a lot of interest. It is a practical layout, walking distance to the town centre, modern kitchen and bathroom, neutral decor and chain free. My guess is they want 350 for it and will probably get it.mrsmortgage said:This is the other one we're viewing. The mid-terrace does need money. Definitely a new kitchen and some sort of connecting room from kitchen to dining room (next door have done it). Some of the plastering needs rendering too. And it has no parking whatsoever (which we don't mind). I doubt it would go for £350k. Surveyors are coming tomorrow to inspect our house (instructed by our buyers).0

Hard to tell the condition of the place from photos you really need to see it. Good photos can make a run down place seem much better than it is and vice versa.0

Do these buyers definitely know that you're not moving yet? Seems strange that they're forking out on surveyors before you've even found a propertymrsmortgage said:The mid-terrace does need money.
