A 10 mile radius is more than enough when you have to factor in these things. Who wants to be commuting 30 miles to work if they can help it? Most people don't want more than a 30 minute bus ride.

Looks like you need to move somewhere with more housing choice in that case, the article is just the usual - The "crisis" has been going on for "years" but we need to declare an "emergency" immediately! The people shouting about the "emergency" will be up to their necks in BTL and holiday lets no doubt? The London bubble going pop will solve Cornwall`s housing problems very quickly IMO.0
