This one I don't like at all.

It seems like a lot of money for a mid terrace with no garden that need smartening up.

It's an OK price for over here. Similar to ours, just we added space.

OK, fine, I've accepted an offer. BTW my house really doesn't need any work beyond decorating. The photos don't make it any justice. 

I didn't tidy up because my husband was in complete denial about selling the house and I do enough to then also do all the tidying up, setting up everything for the photographs. TBH now we've had some viewings the house is a lot tidier. but it's sold STC, so hopefully viewings are a thing of the past.
