Well neither of the houses are great. The £325k one is a lot smaller, needs a lot of work and has damp issues. The other one is nice, not as big as I would expect, some bits do need work, will put an offer in so we shall see.1

I'll take a guess at 5 bedroom end of terrace house for sale in Chyvelah Vale, Gloweth, Truro, TR1 (rightmove.co.uk)
If that's correct it's (allegedly) smaller than the house you've put an offer in..139 square metres as opposed to 151. Will be interesting to see what you think when you get a viewing.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660 -
