220-270 3beds 1mile  for sale 5/13 SSTC

sold prices last 2 years 1mile

It was the best I could afford, and no rental would take us with our dog. Also, we were outpriced from renting where we used to live, it was the lesser of too evils.

WE're viewing two houses this week, if they fit the bill, then it's all sorted.  If not I'll be honest with my buyers and see what they say.

But my RightMove searches are throwing up rent reductions and rooms at less than 400 p.m, flats at between 400-600 p.m? Expanding the search area gives even more affordable choice, so I conclude that there is strong demand but little scope for excessive rents at the moment.

I look daily on Rightmove in my general area cause I can never decide if I want to move , Rightmove now thinks I want to live in Cornwall.

So the house I really want is up for £350-- clearly underpriced and with 30 views already booked. Nobody knows, but statistically what do you think it will go for?
