Thanks patient_dream, and were you referring to the additional number plate list at the end when you mentioned "ESPECAIILY THE FAKE ADDON ?"

Still having a look around at sites  . .  . About to have a look at GDPR  2018 fightback . .  . none stop material i have never known before . .  . and i see now how well these people can be trusted . .  . not!
Certainly seems like previous/past actions by others along these lines, leaves me with a possible case to bring suspicion/doubt at least in to the equation . .  .  ;)

Court Report: Excel spanked at Skipton

  •         LO,LO,LO,
Just a quick note, the previous correspondence that arrived from Shapla Begum by email on Tuesday, and added on here by me on the 8th Wednesday, has now arrived by hard copy today (just mentioning in passing)
And i just got to wondering, if she/they are sending this to me to show how sure they are of winning, and that i am wasting my time defending/contesting, who else will have been sent the same paperwork :o  And i guess i get to respond in the future myself . .   .
I have only replied to her/them the once on Wednesday to show/forward the emails of my full 5 page signed and accepted defence sent to Britannia and MCOL on 28/6, and informed them they were all done by post (with usual proof of posting) as well.
I am debating keep swinging handbags here with B W Legal, or just leave it to take it's course, and i just dig out/Google relevant information for my own use/defence, (possible tampering number plate list/where they came from, and proof which PDT record they are from . .   . consider also Excel/Ambler etc, rather than keep back and forth with them) . .  . haven't even been civil enough to reply/respond to me, so i may just leave it open for them to reply if they so wish ?
Sorry for the evening interruption .  .    .  i am gone and away, many thanks, him again  B)
  • I would just leave it to take it's course.  The circuit area where the case will be heard is not one where BWLegal have their finest hours.

You have a story to tell the judge (maybe DJ Grand) about the problem with the vehicle and the guys saying the machine is not working.
BWlegal may ask for proof but will not have proof it did not happen

Then there is the logs which could be from anywhere ?

The fake £60 add-on ...  they are saying the BPA code of practice says they can.
The code of practice is simply not an authority and only applies to parking companies and as a motorist and the judge it cannot be deemed as legal or lawful.
The BPA have gone against the Supreme Court

The signed statement of truth by Shapla Begum .... is it true .... do they have proof that the £60 was paid by the parking company ?
OR, is it nothing more that a feeble attempt of double recovery which for the purpose of the court is abuse of process

    Have you read this case
EXCEL v WILKINSON ..... claim struck out for ABUSE OF PROCESS.  DDJ Jackson who is now HHJ Jackson made this ruling.

  •                 Thanks patient_dream, I have read it now . .   . scamming everywhere.  I also out of curiosity had a look through the latest 40 page Code of Practice BPA booklet  . .   .  long/interesting reading :-(

"BW legal may ask for proof but will not have proof it did not happen"

Shame now when we look back at how flustered things were at the time, and too late for witness statements/comments, but i should have got the Wife or my Sons in the car to take a few pictures/video at the time of the whole debacle. Might have proved useful now, but i never imagined it would come down to all this having just stepped out for a day trip.

"The signed statement of truth by Shapla Begum .... is it true .... do they have proof that the £60 was paid by the parking company ?

Never quite sure on this £60 figure that forever keeps rearing it's ugly head . .   . and if it was "paid by the parking Company"?
I always thought the £60 was their (B W legal and the like) extra "drink" for their efforts, and they try and add it to anything else they might win/gain in court/payments.

If Shapla Begum has done a "signed statement of truth" concerning some £60 . .  . who exactly has paid that £60? and to whom. .  . is that the price they pay to companies like Britannia, parking lots etc (others elude me at the moment) to take the debt from their hands, and then they see what they can do to retrieve any monies themselves?
Sorry it has gone on a bit again, i have been back and forth to the "pooter" regarding this throughout the day,

Many thanks once more, from me again . .   . o:)

The fake £60 is a work of fiction, it's been going on for a long time and BWLegal have been bitten many times but they still seek to mug a judge.
There are only a certain number of County Court Judges and word of a certain case in Southampton has spread far and wide. Whilst there are still a few judges who do not understand the scam, they are fast becoming the minority

Parking Eye do not add on fake charge because they obey the Supreme Court ruling.
All the others DO NOT OBEY the Supreme Court ruling and that includes the infamous BPA

All judges should be aware of the Supreme Court ruling

The Southampton case is a thread by Coupon-mad. It will help you understand  the Judges in the area

BWLegal threw money at an appeal and went on to appeal again in Salisbury which frankly was a damp squib. It did change the thoughts of judges who now look in depth for these cases.
The result being that they still strike out cases or the very least deduct the fakes.

And here is another BWLegal case where the case was struck off
    Southampton Court
    Judge Giddins
    claim numbers: F4DP5264 & F4DP5279

@migmash - Can you stop making your posts centre-aligned please? It makes them much more difficult to read.

Not centre aligned. Just the first line of each para indented.  ;)

Ah, so it is. Either way that's the impression it gives me - the posts are still tricky for me to read, given that the "paragraphs" are so short.

Sorry Jenni_d, but seem to have so many conflicting opinions on here, and all fired at the unfortunate individual just looking for advise . .   . not enough punctuation between paragraphs as mentioned somewhere in a previous correspondence some weeks back, so i guess i over compensated . .  . not enough paragraphs in total ? . .   .  or they are not quite precisely all in line towards the left hand column . .  . Ha Ha, never ending list it would seem.
I just write what comes from my mind/mouth . .  . i can start to go on an old Microsoft Word i have on here somewhere (maybe do my comment first, then send it to Microsoft Word and try and alter/adjust the "centre alignment" feature) if it gives more clarity, and improves the reading of it?
                                                                Thanks again for comment/input . .  .
