  •                    And thanks once more patient_dream (+Coupon-mad who i am not sure is fighting all four corners, either way well done  . . . or is the referee o:) for the time taken to emphasize/draw to my attention to so many of these court cases whereby these £60 `extras are all a "try it and see what happens" attitude/philosophy. But as mentioned by various members on here, they are being caught out all the time.
They all make for good/informative reading for myself, and am still going through a lot of them right now . .   .

  •                   Coupon_mad . .   . possibly not the best phrase/wording "conflicting opinions" . .   . i just meant that over the past months this has now been going on, which i am surprised that it has looking back . .   . opinions on my spelling seems to leave a lot to be desired . .  . paragraphs are not equally spaced, or there are not enough of them . . . or i rant on too much, or i have not done certain things, possibly other members on here would have done it differently themselves, the paragraphs indented as i was taught etc . .  . like back at school, can't meet all criteria, and try to satisfy everyone . .   . obviously nobody has to read any of it whatsoever if they do not wish to . .   .
                                      Thanks again for comments/reply . .  . from him again o:)

It is hard to read your posts.  I think people are just asking if you can type without indents to paragraphs but instead, do a double return to leave a gap.

The point of showing the history of BWLegal is that you cam pick and mix.  A lot of the past cases refer to VCS, another parking company. No surprise that VCS no longer use BWLegal ?

As the Southampton / IOW courts are a serious problem for BWLegal, there is every reason to think that they will be spanked once again.
Will BWLegal put themselves on the failure pedastal again in your case remains to be seen.

I think that most of us would suggest they should consult a real lawyer
BWL lost the plot and allowed their competeition to take over .. they being DCBL

Nothing changes though ??  Desperate parking companies ducking and diving between dreams ?

And PS:  This is how your posts should look

That's what your post looks like when NOT typed with unnecessary indents - far more easy to read.

Please stop using indents and instead press Enter twice to demark paragraphs.

  • Hello again,

Just latest letter i have been given this evening, and trimmed to suit with name etc removed. Looks like more paperwork for me once again. I did speak with a nice Lady at MCOL yesterday, who did confirm that the small/initial 200 word boxed?? defense i did on the 28th was rejected as it was minutes late, which was quite fortuitous, as thankfully now the full 5 page version will be used from next day, which was as it should be, a signed statement of fact.

    Hello again,

A somewhat bewildered man in a wheelchair here, awaiting major back operation totally out of the blue on 22nd of this month, and thought i might keep my mind busy/occupied with one of my parking ticket situations. This being the latest redirected letter from B W Legal (why do i always associate these  *~}+=(*&%&*  with that unnerving buzzing sound you get around your ear in Summer, knowing something not good is on it's way) Sorry, waffling . .  .

They still send correspondence to our old address after repeatedly informing them we moved a long time ago, hence letter i received this afternoon looks like i have been somewhat lax in my response, one thing is for sure, with what has been happening to me in these past few months, these characters are quickly taking a back seat.

I have only put this on for information/interest of anyone else who may have come across a similar letter/situation. I did find a few from Googling a similar site as MSE, and most had different outcomes, so i didn't really glean much information from any of them . .  .
I guess they will all be under different circumstances.
Wasn't sure if these letters/offers were just pumped out by the hundreds as a hearing/court time approaches, or they think maybe get a % and walk away . .  . possibly?
                   Thanks once more . .   .  o:)
