Oh dear, we have seen this "without prejudice"  stuff before.
It is an intimidation letter they don't want a court to see.

The letter shows that BWL are unsure of their claim and that a court will spank them again.

Play their game ..... be patient, let them embarrass themseves when they discontinue

Then you complain to the SRA

It still contains an unlawful £60, read this and complain to your MP.

    Excel v Wilkinson

At the Bradford County Court, District Judge Claire Jackson (now HHJ Jackson, a Specialist Civil Circuit Judge) decided to hear a 'test case' a few months ago, where £60 had been added to a parking charge despite Judges up and down the country repeatedly disallowing that sum and warning parking firms not to waste court time with such spurious claims.   That case was Excel v Wilkinson: G4QZ465V, heard in July 2020 and leave to appeal was refused and that route was not pursued.  The Judge concluded that such claims are proceedings with 'an improper collateral purpose'.   This Judge - and others who have since copied her words and struck dozens of cases out in late 2020 and into 2021 - went into significant detail and concluded that parking operators (such as this Claimant) are seeking to circumvent CPR 27.14 as well as breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   DJ Hickinbottom has recently struck more cases out in that court area, stating: ''I find that striking out this claim is the only appropriate manner in which the disapproval of the court can be shown''.

Why not write rejecting the offert and pointing out the the unlawful addition.  Any replly could possibly be used against them in court.

Hep and include a sub heading copying theirs:

    What to do now
Stop harassing me by writing to my old address that I've asked you to erase (more than once) and instead reply to me at my new address  - see below, yet again - confirming that your clients have seen sense and are discontinuing.

I am in a wheelchair and having surgery this month, so if you have heard of the 'thin skull rule'  and the Equality Act 2010 you might be aware that harassing me by sending stupid letters to the people who live at my old address and failing to rectify my data in a timely fashion are illegal conduct and I will be seeking full costs if you continue to buzz around in my head and make my life a misery for a meritless parking roboclaim.

    yours faithfully,
