Has anyone else had issues with agreed offers/discounts disappearing off their accounts since the computer upgrade at NTL? I know some offers are for a limited period, but the 6 months half price on Family pack has disappeared at month 4?
Have people managed to secure good deals over the past week or so?
Many thanks

Had a letter saying they have been under charging me for the last 3 months! I was on family pack half price offer. Rang and they were clueless. Said my bill should be 39 quid! I said no its meant to be 34.... eventually got them to give me family pack half price for 6 months and now paying even less for the same pack! Was 34 per month now 30! For 4 meg, family and phone! Weird...Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0 -

Has anyone called recently (since the Virgin Media rebrand) - are they still doing deals? I had a Talk Talk price match but the phone element has not been discounted this month - just wondering what they are currently offering?
Many thanks

PS - can someone change the title to Virgin Media (ex. NTL/Telewest) ...0 -
Yes, I have just negotiated BB and TV £20 pm. Free evening and weekend phone free for 3 months, then £16 pm but can be re-negotiated.0

I called last week as my broadband had not been discounted for the last 2 months (half price for 3 months was the deal). They did so effective from next bill. Here's hoping...
On an aside (rant starting...)
Im not sure where we stand if Sky is lost as that is one of the main reasons/channels I watch - though I totally agree that Sky should be dropped if they are indeed charging what Virgin say they are. Set up a rival channel and use the money they save to get programmes on that/compete with sky!
Bookies have also dropped Sky thanks to them wanting more money. Good on them I say! Sky need to learn they cant have a monopoly forever... Rant over lol!Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0
