Actually, they didn’t. They went from version 3 to July 22 v1. The implication being that they were worried about rising prices and they thought that may have needed to release a July 22 v2 tariff.Chrysalis said:

Given the rate that it's set at is now being seen as October's cap, then not hard to see why a V2 might follow![Deleted User] said:

The Tracker web applet is sorta working for me today:
