    In my account, the 'change my tariff' page has the following at the top:

    'Good to know: Switching tariffs on this page will update both electricity and gas. If you'd like to switch just one fuel, check out our new single fuel switch page'.

    Clicking on the link reveals options for changing electricity only, gas only, or both fuels.

    My current tariff doesn't end until June.

    My dilemma is that we have just bought an electric vehicle, so now need to think about staying on a tracker when the Dec23 expires, or moving to a fixed tariff or Agile or one of the Intelligent ones, too many choices!  We don’t have smart meters (yet), solar or batteries and our electricity usage is around 16kwh a day, but that will go up once we start charging the EV at home, probably once a week at most due to low usage of the EV.  We can move our usage away from peak times, as we are both at home, but I am tempted to simply go for a fix, as that’s the simplest option and gives me certainty.

    Tried to change from Gas tracker dec 23 to 12 month fix using the "change my tariff" link within the Octopus account page but it shows my electric and gas even though I have only gas with Octopus.  I did not want to risk proceeding for fear that my electricity supply would be  moved to Octopus.

    I have emailed them requesting they change it over to fix for me.  Anyone else had similar issue and found a resolution?
    Exactly the same for me so I emailed them as well.  I’m also on Tomato Lifestyle and didn’t want that moving back to Octopus ( it’s costing me less than 14pkwh on average) as it’s far cheaper than any fix.

    The gas switch button doesn’t seem to work. I contacted them on X two days ago, and they sent me an email to review my tariff , but that email has a link which doesn’t work. I have chased them same day , and again yesterday…..NADA
    Now the new tracker 24 is available, but I asked to fix after dec23 ends next week.

    Yes you can switch your gas to the Fixed tariff and remain on flux for both import and export. I'll send across the rates via email for you to review

    To add to my own post, the switch page is available on the iPad app - but not for some reason on the webpage. At least, not on Chrome. 

    Switched to 12m Fix gas - but it's produced an email telling me that the switch doesn't start until the end of March, which is when my 12/23 Tracker ends. Odd - but I'm sure it can be corrected tomorrow over the phone. Just something to be aware of.

    Sorry about that. That was the screen I had (not available at all on the webpage) but it worked OK - apart from showing the fix as starting from the end of March rather than immediately. Just weighing up in my mind whether that might actually be a better bet!

    Just had a reply on Xtwit, my fix starts @ 5.74,  after tracker ends 8/1 so I am happy.
