I believe that I once saw a reference to "M4 Consulting" as the owner of Compare. I was wondering if they could shed any light on the Octopus <> Compare interface and missing data syndrome

@Oyburn. I do but confess I haven't used it. As a result of some post(s) way back saying that the Mini didn't offer much extra. Not to be confused with my IHD.
 If I am wrong I stand to be corrected.

OK. The reason I asked is the Mini can mask smart meter data issues by showing Mini data in the Octopus app (and web page) even though smart meter data hasn't yet made it.

The Mini can stay in its box for now. I am open to all suggestions.
Compare's pop-up's talk of "shifting" consumption data. I'm guessing that this the standard download or data transfer process.
.I see that there are several variables in the Compare Settings page. I was wondering if these could be relevant, if it is worth checking or altering any of them.

Just be patient this happened over Christmas with all the bank holidays, it sorts itself out and other groups have already git confirmation from Octopus they are aware and working on it.

Yes I'm the same. Friday's electricity has come through today, but no gas. It seems to be working out slowly.

I now have Saturday's data, so I imagine by the end of tomorrow I'll be all caught up.

Missing 22nd in octopus compare but it's showing on Octopus site and Ivie

Advanced -> Refresh Data might be required to fill that in. I'm not sure it automatically backfills any missing days after it receives more recent data.

Still missing the 22nd in Octopus Compare even after resetting it, strange as I have complete data for electric and gas on my octopus account now

Current SVR, 23.08p. Tomorrow's Tracker, 21.44p (Eastern region). Getting close, but no reason to panic just yet. But those on more recent versions of Tracker could well see a higher than SVR price.

I only started to see any issue in the last few days - missing data on the Octopus app and other apps that rely on the Octopus API.  I can see that the data is available on the Bright app which does not rely on Octopus, so it seems like it's an Octopus issue and not a general SMETS network issue, as stated by others above.
