    Grounds for bank holiday hopes. Can I take it that with luck the "update" will take care of not only your missing  144 individual data slots, but wholesale denial of service  / access which I have had to endure for some weeks now? Ins' Allah

    Can't comment on the denial of service, but since there's loads of us with missing data slots, and as an Agile user I'm charging my batteries in the negative slots today, I can't see that Octopus can do anything other than pull users data again otherwise there's going to be a heck of a lot of peed off customers who are not going to be happy with having averaged data, given that Octopus are encouraging them to use more electric by providing negative rates.

    Ivie shows no dcc data since Friday for me

    Correction, electric is there for Friday but no gas

    Re previous corresp on Compare and missing data, if I go onto the website now / My Energy / My Energy Insights  / What I've used  I can't see any gaps or indications of lack of consumption data. But Compare seems to have difficulty doing this.

    Missing 22nd in octopus compare but it's showing on Octopus site and Ivie
    Advanced -> Refresh Data might be required to fill that in. I'm not sure it automatically backfills any missing days after it receives more recent data.
