    I stopped exporting at 1851 except for 5W for a circa 8 minutes around 1910hrs. 5W could be noise (inaccuracies of CT clamps) and isn't really going to add up to much. 

    That might tie in with the above, nothing after the 22nd.

    I suspect someone went off on bank holiday leave early and it will all be sorted when they return.

    I'm in a similar position. I moved onto the tracker yesterday morning. My account balance has been updated to close off the flexible tariff but I have no usage data in on the Octopus website or in-app. Loop has the data. Also, on my IHD the electric display is still showing the variable rate of 21.xxx . Is this normal or does it take a few days to sort. The gas rate appears to be correct

    Your IHD won't ever display accurate rate data for tariffs like Tracker and Agile (I think mine eventually started showing a monthly average rate, but not an accurate daily rate). You'll need to refer to the app, which should show that you are now on Tracker and display the appropriate rate. You shouldn't expect to see any usage data for Saturday yet unless you have a Home Mini. Many customers are still waiting for Friday's data to be reported, and some have missing data from earlier in the week. So your situation is normal.

    Thanks for the comprehensive reply. It is appreciated. The website is showing the right figures for the tariff so thank for confirming everything is working fine. Good to know these things as I've had IHD issues in the past.

    I've gpt some  "research" to do to see if my source data is really missing, or if Compare can't read what's there regardless of how old.  Octoprice is on my to do list. I think Lipman said that he did not include Tracker in his reports.   Ca n someone pls fill me in on "Loop" and  "Bright" . Do they all do the same thing?

    I think it will be a Twitter-X  job to get anything out of Octopus C.S.

    That makes no sense, because Octopus Compare stores your historic data locally and only fetches new data as it becomes available. You shouldn't be in a position where you can't see any of your data having previously seen it unless you are clearing data from the app or reinstalling it.
    Octopus C.S. won't be able to help you with issues related to the Octopus Compare app. It is not provided or supported by Octopus Energy.

    There's no mystery. There's a known problem for a lot of users, Octopus know about it and plan to implement an update in this coming week. I read that they want to double check their update works correctly before rolling it out, most likely on Tuesday. It should be very obvious that it's not just your data there are issues with.  I've got 144 missing electric slots, 94 missing export and gas, it's not worth worrying about.

    Please enjoy the bank holiday weekend doing something more productive than checking Octopus data, it'll all be sorted soon.
