I've got 2 smart meters AND I give them manual readings which no doubt screws up the system. But it gives me an element of control as well as the 2 spins

can someone advise
my dd went through on time on 1-12-23, i put my readings in and still no bill has been made
my balance has been updated without my dd its saying pending, and also still calculating my savings on the 2 saving hrs

It takes a few days for DD to be applied, once they're sure it's not going to be recalled.

The first savings session data took a week or so to come through and so far nothing for the more recent ones has appeared for me yet.

I have found that they calculate the bill, deduct it from my balance, and around 24 hours later the bill is then showing on my account.

I've not had a bill from Octopus for last month either. They normally calculate the gas/electric/export on the 20th and the bill is ready to view in 2-3 days.

This time I can see debits for my gas and electricity use if I click on balance history but nothing showing for export credit. There's a message that says your balance may be temporarily incorrect as some transactions on your account are being manually reviewed. It has been like that since the 21st Nov.

I've never paid a DD as my account has always been in credit (from export payments, government credits, referrals and Saving Sessions) since the account was opened in Apr 22 but a variable DD is set up.

I can also report significant billing delays a few months back. Luckily the D/D's seemed to be delayed in sympathy also. The D/D's are variable and they just clean the balance down to zero each month which saves endless head scratching over balances resulting from fixed D/D's. This could have had advantages like here also when there are significant delays with the invoices: Until the bills are generated there is no basis on which to calculate the variable D/D, nothing "pending", just a black hole.. I was quite happy to sit back and wait until things happened - which they did eventually. 
Export credits could be more complicated by an order of magnitude.

this time last year on this tracker looking back at past dates
gas was 13.1p and electric 44p, today 4.86 and 20.23 and compared to svr massive saving on here 
and how come the gas price is droping, i thought it would be going up as we are into winter or is there a glut of it

Its just gone below 100p on the wholesale market for the first time in a couple of months.

Another saver session tonight 5.30-6.30 and I’m still waiting for scores on the last two. This one is just £2/kwh though.
