Since 9am on 15th February new enquiries for tracker tariff require a smart meter as well as possible 6 month wait to go on that tariff, it has never been possible to go on tracker tariff with Eco 7 meter something I did not see you mention within previous posts on subject since middle of January.OhhLongJohnson said:
. I'll wait maybe another month and might give support another try (after reading various experiences from others via hotukdeals/reddit & here). Moving to agile was fully automated via the webpage and only took a few days to look completed on the online account page.Customers who asked to go on tracker for any/all fuels before 9am on 15th February have been getting changed to tracker tariff.
Was very nice of you to take time out to write such a nice review bearing in mind you appear not to have been changed to tariff you were wanting to change to since January for electricity.

I'm happy to answer anything about my setup as it's just our two smart meters, one Kaifa MA120B for electricity (we continued to have eco 7 even after our switch onto smart meters a few years ago) and a typical Landis gas smart meter. No solar panels, battery storage etc though.Since 9am on 15th February new enquiries for tracker tariff require a smart meter as well as possible 6 month wait to go on that tariff, it has never been possible to go on tracker tariff with Eco 7 meter something I did not see you mention within previous posts on subject since middle of January.
In all the calls/emails last month noone said we couldn't switch to electric tracker Because of eco 7. Two people gave no reason, one asked to double check if we were sure of moving to tracker because they thought market prices were about to go back up sharply and the last most helpful person said we could but by that stage I'd already initiated the Agile switch online. Sorry for not putting all that online previously for you. Hope this detail helps.

You could ask to go on tracker for electricity if that is your preference citing you were given the wrong info at least twice previously....OhhLongJohnson said:

I'll stop moaning about it on here and maybe try it in March after my next bill. From the nord pool data tomorrow looks like another cheap day it seems..

Same here only we are on IO for electricity due to EV and 10p off peak rate. The 41p peak is painful but solar makes it manageable now that the days are brighter. Can’t wait to have a battery to cover the evenings, then it will be as good as it gets for us.OhhLongJohnson said:Gas is 5.99p/kWh today, wish I was on electric tracker! Just received my first bill since joining gas tracker and it is as the above, charged according to prices and consumption on individual days.peter3hg said:My last bill had actual usage properly applied across the individual days. This has been the case with every previous bill except one.
