Happy Sunday 🌞 it’s still cloudy and overcast here. Yesterday I spent a fair bit of time outside with dog and my audio book and inside with my kindle. I snacked a bit which left me with micro calories for tea 😖 I still ended up over by 150, but at least I got the steps in.
The spare cat made an appearance this morning for a large breakfast, a cuddle and then a schmooze with dog. We don’t see him as much since he was finally neutered , so it must have cut down as his wanderlust as predicted.
I’m waiting for MrT to deliver today and then I will go out for a drive…possibly with dog if she wants to come. I may make toad in the hole for tea, or possibly enchiladas for MrWW, although he doesn’t like cheese and I can take or leave the non cheese version…and the cheese version has a lot more calories! 

MrWW gave me back the dog treat money so I can spend it on myself…but I can almost guarantee he will ask me several hundred times what I’ve spent it on, which then pushes me to buy ‘something’ to make it stop 🤭 I would rather hang on to it and just use it for the day to day frittering pot and save any that is left overall at the end of the month.

A belated happy Monday 🌞
work was ridiculously busy and I’m so over it 🤭 I have nothing exciting to report apart from the scales did indeed try to snatch my badge 😮 I refuse to let it go and am convinced it’s toad in the hole weight from last night (only 2 sausages, but the mash and Yorkshire pudding mix will have been scale heavy…I hope). I have not updated the progress on the calorie and hope it’s back off tomorrow. If it’s not gone tomorrow then I’ll have to tell the tracker the truth 😅
I have been good today, but was cruising an on line sweet shop and got a shock when my virtual basket total was £79 😮😮😮 It’s lucky they can’t make you follow through 🤭

I went 'out' for work and am also so over it. What was in the sweet basket? I love jelly belly beans and could easily spend that on cappuccino/latte/vanilla/cherry/popcorn beans

You have listed some of my favourite jelly belly flavours @redofromstart! I’ll add in toasted marshmallow too 😋 there is nothing worse than picking out a very cherry and finding it’s a cinnamon, or picking a cappuccino and grabbing a root beer in error…shudder 😖
I was carried away with everything from bonbons and toffees to jazzies and mice!
