Must be difficult with your mummies. HugsHad a lovely day off yesterday. NT place long walk and heavy picnic bag equals bad back last night. This morning woke up late, after 5 hrs sleep, stuffed crunchy nut cornflakes down, and then realised when I got to work, had the dentist. Tried to rinse my mouth out. Anyway so chuffed free appt now being 60+ and he doesn't want to see me for a year. Probably all the flakes in my teeth hahaHad a cuppa soup for lunch as forgot to bring any in my rush.Did spend, stir fry and salmon for tea, going to eat healthier.Grateful forBeing brave and having showdown with my boss today, he can't not tell me after 18 years when I will be losing my job. The sun came out today so we had a lovely early walk.
Not an NSD as we went to the fruit shop and bought salad and veg. One of the few positives of lockdown we've discovered somewhere small and local that sells lovely fresh produce, More expensive than the supermarket but so much better.
It's been really quiet. Don't know where all the children have disappeared to.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.8 -
Today I am grateful for a good night's sleep, for finding the meds we needed at the local chemist, for dd + friend having a great time out, for 85% chocolate buttons, for getting some more gardening done.

Evening all,
No NSD here as I made a charity donation and also bought a riding top. Had a clear out of some old, worn and/or broken stuff so in theory I am replacing something.
Met up with my sister and took my niece horse riding then went to see my share horse, she had a fab time and was absolutely knackered at the end of it.
Did some sanding when I got back with my new electric sander, goodness me it makes life so much easier but it also makes quite the mess!
Grateful for spending time with family, getting some jobs done at home and good weather!7 -
Today was a minimum of NSD 5 - I have had a couple of silly £2 spends that could not really be avoided the last couple of days.Bad planning on my part, and a bit of brain fog thrown in for good measure.Need to do a pantry inventory and get a bit of a plan together, then I will be fine.I have a full fruitbowl and the rhubarb to process. The new knockoff Hennery H00ver flat head thing arrived, and it works fine. Properly sucks up the carpet! So hoovered about a bit.Apart from that and feeding people, not a lot done. Never mind, there is always tomorrow.Last weekend before school goes back on Monday, unless a National Day of Mourning is declared.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

NSD 5/16
I don’t work Fridays but I did today (unofficially) to catch up on some unfinished jobs. Feel good for it. I can start back on Monday knowing I’m not behind. I like a calm start to the week.
I got in touch with an oven engineer this morning. He is coming on Monday to fix it hopefully.
DS did two dry nights without nappies, but unfortunately we didn’t bag a third. Washed his bedding and dried on the line today. There’s nothing nicer than freshly-washed wind-dried sheets.
I had a short walk to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription - a little exercise and some time to listen to my current audiobook ‘Shuggie Bain’. I also listened to more of the story as I prepared dinner.
Grateful today for dry weather, free audiobooks, writers, the arts in general.

evening
Lost an NSD yesterday as needed milk; intended to use loyalty points at Mr C but they only had 4 pint bottles available so sacrificed an NSD to buy a one pint carton at Mr T & bought a few other items while i was there.
Have achieved an NSD today though. Been to the dentist for tooth repair but no charge. Had a busy day at FT and PT jobs.
Had book group on zoom this eve which was nice.
gratitudes - that my DDs can talk to me about their worries (would prefer this during daytime hours rather than nearly midnight but glad they feel they can talk to their mum!); book group chums; homemade coleslaw

Friday- still on NSD 5, unfortunately tomorrow will also be a "spend" day- but I have a list and I will be in a neighbouring town with shops that sell what I require so it will save on fuel to do everything while I'm there anyway.
Grateful today for lots of fresh air and exercise, getting a few things ticked off my to-do list and finally managing to collapse on the sofa with a book.8
