You should always keep everything one one thread providing it relates to the same issue.

I'll be back for that next stage of advice in due course I am sure! But at that point, I will start a new thread, if that's ok?
    Eeeeek, noo!

    NO NEW THREAD.  STAY HERE.

Whatever stage you are at by then, come back here to make sure you take part in this (PLEASE...SOME TIME THIS SUMMER):

Well, do you know what? I persevered and managed to track down the land owner's facilities manager at JLL and we had a very nice conversation. She has now requested that all PCNs are cancelled and UKPC have acknowledged this.
What a happy night - feel like celebrating. Such a weight lifted
If it hadn't have been the advice on here, I wouldn't have even taken this route - so thankyou everyone

This is my first post back after my 2-week interregnum - what a mega result and a Premier Division Plan A outcome. No wonder you feel like celebrating - and why not?  Crack one open.  🥂
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nice outcome.  Just back from a short intermission myself else I would have posted earlier.  I expect you've finished the bottle now!
