    Best as I can work out, standing on my head and using my mobile while Mrs U is in the shops, the NtKs are PoFA compliant, both in terms of timing and wording.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Thanks @Umkomaas. I really appreciate your help here, despite standing on your head, and probably in the rain :):)
    Oh hum... what a shame
    I will now wait until I get a LBC, then come back on here again

    That was the same year that UKPC admitted falsifying images taken by ticketers on foot in retail car parks, where the timings had been altered and the background remained the same.  Where are all the images, have you go a SAR yet?  Look carefully at the cars in the background, this is why:

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lincolnshire-34220908

    Look at the last one, the image of the car with a boot up behind it.  Look at the month and year.  You need to check the images carefully and thi9s can lead to a solid rebuttal when the LBC comes, to put them to proof that this didn't happen in your case, as it did there.

    These letters are Re: Notice to Keeper and not Notice to Keeper. I wasn't sent the Notice to Keeper as part of the SAR. I was also offered a reduced charge of £60 for early repayment on the parking charge but this isn't shown on this letter is it?

    @Coupon-mad, Yes all SAR docs are back. The photos arent taken exactly at the same angle but there doesnt seem anything untoward. One photo taken is zoomed in so you wouldn't see the parked car next to it anyway

    I'm now back home and working on my iPad (how anyone manages to do any thing on a mobile phone when dealing with private parking charges, I just don't know!). On further examination of the NtKs I can see that there is a time shown when each parking charge was issued, with the reason 'Parked for longer than the maximum period permitted', but there is nothing to indicate what the maximum period was, or by how long the period had been exceeded. That, in my book, can be construed as a PoFA failure - para 8(2)(a)

    (2)The notice must—

    (a)specify the vehicle, the relevant land on which it was parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;

    Did UKPC's response to your SAR include copies of the original windscreen tickets stuck on your car by their parking weasel (the Notices to Driver)?  If you have those, a quick look please (right way up this time!) 🙂

    When you say, on the parking charge, do you mean the NTD?

    If you have not received a copy of the original NTK then you should complain to the scammers and give them 7 days to provide it or you will report them to the BPA and ICO.

    If they fail to comply, then carry out your threat.
