Google Street View shows us that their entrance sign has the name of the centre management - JLL. Difficult to read more from the sign on GSV.
The contact us page on their website, found by googling Crown Point Retail Park, tells us the name and email address of a contact at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc.3 -
Much appreciated both, thanks!1

Despite the fact that is is written by a Legal Beagles site, I would not offer the PPC "if you need any more...." as they will likely ask for a passport or driving licence (both of which are No, No) and all they require by law is a scan of the V5C.4

So the debt collectors are not only bombarding my daughter, but today have now started writing to me (I was the legal owner of the car at that time) Saying parking date, same car - would you believe it?they do not wrote to owners, there is no database of owners in the UKif your name is on the V5C log book, they are writing to you as keeper , not as ownerit is now 2 years since the Queen gave royal assent to the Private Parking Law by Sir Greg Knight2 -

Have you complained to your MPPrivate car parks are honeypots and, to mix the metaphors, the 'entitled' motorists the cash cows. Almost 10 million PCNs issued in the previous full (non-covid) year. If every one of those is paid at the standard £100, that's £1 BILLION. Yes most certainly it attracts the sharks, and private car parks increasingly have become shark-infested waters. Keep clear or be clever. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi there
AND...... it keeps coming....
Today I get two MORE new Notice of debt recovery letters. Again for my daughter's parking, but addressed to me as registered keeper BUT different car and different date - 23 and 26 November 2015. Almost 5 years ago. My daughter worked at the retail park so hence why so many parking fines. At 18, she believed she could park there
So now 6 letters, each with £160 fines (from parking dates in 2015 and 2016)...
*****************************************
AND also today following the two of the earlier Notice of dent recovery letters we got in February , these have now turned into Final Notice of Debt Recovery letters. What joy!!
*****************************************
Which begs another question ( sorry to add it to this thread) Two years ago, my daughter parked at her gym and got a fine. We ignored the debt recovery letters where the fine went from £60 to £160 and foolishly (reading advice wrong) ignored LBC letter until we got a letter to say my daughter got a Notice of recovery, saying they were awarded a CCJ against her. I understand nowt she got the CCJ by default. She had to pay £165 plus £25 costs and her CCJ was wiped. So my question is this: if we do get to LBC stage and we were to respond to/challenge (and I will seek help on next steps on here - seeing as I am deep) would we have to pay the original fine of £60? (which we threw - stop, don't have a go:)) or the full £185?
They are all coming out of the woodwork. Obviously when my daughter received these fines, we did have a good talking to her and she has been careful where she parks since0
