Thanks @Le_Kirk
I have sold it, but that's very helpful to know
For daughter's SAR request, her address at time of parking is different to now as she moved out of the family home in September 2020. I assume her own house bills wouldn't be accepted. Does she need other proof that she lived at my house at time of parking?
She has sent her SAR without ID so should she resend with it or wait for them to ask for it?0 -
Send whatever is able to prove the ID of the person submitting the SAR. She could send a copy of the claim from the parking company as that should have her name and address on it.3

Just an update on this thread.
My daughter received her SAR request back from UKPC. Including copies of tickets, letters and a range of photos with the times on them. They are not great photos but you can kind of make out it is the same location at both times
What do we do next please? Just wait and see if we get a Letter Before Claim?
(Meanwhile I am waiting for the information to come back to me, as I was registered keeper of her car when she had two of the four fines)0 -
Yes , but check for errors and omissions like POFA compliance failures , BPA CoP failures etc
LBC is probably coming sometime , possibly followed by a Court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton
Hence plan A is still the best option , it always is1 -
Leatham said:Thanks @Redx. Would you be so kind to guide me or provide a link to sticky content to help me understand how to check for POFA compliance failures, errors etcPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

We often get things posted sideways, but upside down... this must be a first.
I'll leave it for someone else to check.2
