I can't tell you how much I appreciate all your great help on here. It's like having my own legal team on the case!! As you will have gathered, I am out of my depth
@Fruitcake. By 'parking charge', yes I am referring to the ticket that was fixed to the windscreen. Is this the NTD?
And no, the UKPC from the SAR request didn't send me copy of the original NTK letter only the copy letter Re: Notice to Keeper (as I included above) and copy of the final reminder letter.
Who do I complain to? Is it UKPC who I requested SAR from? Or the debt collectors?
@Umkomaas and @Coupon-mad - I will pop upstairs and scan in the images and the windscreen tickets and share them on here.
Ps
As you know I have two similar threads, which has confused at least one forumite, apologies!. This thread is about the charge against a car my daughter was registered keeper of and drove, dating back to help with a SAR and now I have documents back, help on what to do next. The other thread was about a car I was registered keeper and my daughter drove. On this thread come mid November this charge will expire so I was asking help on what happens when I am not the driver which has led to delaying tactics pluss then I was asking about a comment made by UKPC about it still being my responsibility. Anyway, I assume it is best to keep these two threads apart although I realise both have ended up with similar discussions0 -
@Coupon-mad, so for these two charges i have put each date on a page. On #1 the background looks different.

Sadly I think the letter headed, Re: Notice to Keeper, is the Notice to Keeper. The dates are right and the wording is right for the keeper to be liable, and it doesn't look like the photos have been doctored.
This means that short of a landowner cancellation your defence needs to be based on the standard template appeal points.
Have a look at Google Streetview (GSV) historical images to see if the camera car picked up entrance signs and even went into the car park.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Umkomaas said:On further examination of the NtKs I can see that there is a time shown when each parking charge was issued, with the reason 'Parked for longer than the maximum period permitted', but there is nothing to indicate what the maximum period was, or by how long the period had been exceeded. That, in my book, can be construed as a PoFA failure - para 8(2)(a)
(2)The notice must—
(a)specify the vehicle, the relevant land on which it was parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;

Anyone else got any views on this please?
Would I be stuffed?0 -
@Fruitcake, unfortunately, the landowners have ignored my requests
Has @Umkomaas got a point? (see above post)
I am having a look at the GSV archives, thanks1 -

However, it is a technical point that you would need to understand and be able to argue it successfully with a Judge. I can't guarantee that it's a showstopper, but that doesn't mean it should be ignored and not be one of your Defence points. That's about as good as I can make it.
