At this stage there are only 2 tasks , with more to follow in weeks and months

1 SAR to the DPO at CEL

2 draft a Defence which is emailed to the CCBCAQ email address in Northampton

N180 comes a few weeks later , emailed to the ccbcaq email address and also to CEL

There are more stages after that. , In a few months time

as was said earlier up the thread , Morrisons normally cancel .... so who did you contact ?

if it was customer services then please try again with the store manager and the CEO.
if they say they can not .... cos they do not own the land then ask who does.

THEM! Much better than a clunky him/her, which doesnt include gender queer people either.

-Work in my defence: do I start once I have had a response from the SAR?
Answered by @KeithP but just to let you know that the results from your SAR will be more useful to you at Witness Statement (WS) time.
    Many thanks

yes, "them" is better. I've used him or her as a generic, no like a heterosexual or homosexual norms... but to avoid no one be offended, "them" is better. thanks for the advice

Its also what you would do naturally - "someone has left their wallet behind, does anyone know them?"
