I asked because I wondered if it is similar to the following thread on PePiPoo  -  which includes a post stating:-

"There is a note at the bottom of the sign saying that enforcement will be by CEL. However the alleged contract is with ABC Parking Solutions Ltd and CEL can't enforce a contract that they are not party to. VCS and Excel found this out recently in court."

Add that the D has complained to the retail park owners 

Thanks, I understand that the retail park owners is ABC, right? if are ABC, I dont have proof that I've complained to them, because only I found the customer service in their website, was a typical box filling...

Are you saying there is a company called ABC Parking Solutions Ltd?  Who are a landowner, not a parking firm...what?

I can find no reference on Companies House to a company called ABC Parking Solutions Ltd.

However, as @1505grandad pointed out above, there is a picture of a sign on that Pepipoo thread that links ABC Parking Solutions Ltd to Civil Enforcement Ltd.

The top of the sign reads...


The bottom of the same sign states...

Try ABC Facilities Management Ltd (Company number 08904395); they changed their name from ABC Parking Solutions Ltd on 19th November 2019.
