HEARING LOST in a PCN dispute

Hi all, I am newbie here. I've tried looking through the newbie guides and previous posts but still wasn't completely sure on how to proceed.
I have received a letter from the County Court Business Centre, In that letter come my personal data, a claim number, a password and an amount that I think is excessive for a car park claim, almost £ 280. The letter does not specify anything else in this regard and it is the first news I have of that fine.

The letter does not specify anything else in this regard and it is the first news I have of that fine.
The letter is accompanied by a form to present allegations. The email is sent by CCBC with CIVIL ENFORCEMENT LIMITED at the top of the communication.
I have tried to access Money Claim online with that claim number and the password provided in the letter but it did not work. So I called the CCBC on the phone and they asked me for my email to send me the information about that fine.
The fact is that very little data comes in the email, the date (which happened in October 2019) and the amount they claim and a not completed address of where my car was parked, but neither the post code nor the number house or if it is a parking or not ... etc. Therefore I do not know to which county that street belongs, I have investigated a little, and I have seen many claims of a similar address in a Mall called Morrison, of which I do not remember if I have gone there, in fact for me it is very far from my house, having other Morrison, Tesco, Asda closer.
In my particular case, could you advise me on a suitable temper for my defence?
Should I send my allegations to the email that the CCBC has sent me?
Thanks in advance

You need to be able to log in to the MCOL website before you can do anything.
Everything you need to do is explained in the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the sticky threads fir NEWBIES.
If you can log in to MCOL, then you start by doing the AoS, but not before five days are up from the issue date of the claim form.
Then create a defence by using the template in the sticky threads. Modify paragraphs 2 and 3 to suit your case, then post just those two paragraphs here for the regulars to check.
The NEWBIES and Defence template sticky threads are just underneath eh New Thread button.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Did you change your address some time before or after the parking event? Please check the address that is shown on the V5C (logbook) for the vehicle involved in the parking event. Please check, don't guess. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I don't know what 'the date in the claim' means, but I am going to assume that is the Issue Date as stated on the Claim Form. With a Claim Issue Date of 15th March, you have until Monday 5th April to file an Acknowledgment of Service. If possible, do not file an AoS before 20th March, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 19th April 2021 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.2 -
