Today I am grateful for a good return to work, for time with the pupils, for messages from dd, for a colleague's help so I could scoot home and attend the meeting from home, for a good book.

Today was a strange day at school, we had students in but none that I was teaching sit was just year 11's and I missed them as they were being tested. The rest of the year groups seem to have decided that as they're coming back they don't have to do much online this week, lots of speaking into the void. Still no news on when we're going to be able to do practical work again, I am so frustrated as are the students.
Still, I'm grateful that it is a phased return to ease into, that I have had a good day food and eating wise and that none of the year 11's was positive.Mortgage Free 23 December 2020

Grateful today for photos of new babies (DD rather concerned by the time we get to meet them they won't be babies anymore), a minor success with the pony, managing to fit in a long dog walk so have done 20000 steps today and a phone call from a relative who tends to be hard to get hold of.8 -
Good morning turtles!
Checking in now while I have time.
Today should be NSD 3.
Have done 25 min morning yoga, put a wash load on and put carrot soup on boil for later.
read a couple of articles in Spanish which I can also use for classes, and completed some admin tasks as had a student cancellation.
Grateful for the sun, free yoga, for not needing to spend money, for feeling more organised.

Morning turtlees.Nothing much to report went for a walk across fields last night, got totally lost, one trainer sank in a cowpat. Had to retrace my steps as didn't trust 2 cows stood right by the stile I needed to get home. Nevermind longer walk and sun was still out.Still need to get tiles by the weekend, will have to rush around after work and look at more, nothing grabbed my attention yesterday.Grateful forAll chicken used up so can have something different for tea tonight.Chatting to DD2 in Canada, looks as if she may stay out there few more months if she can extend her visa and travel bit more.Lovely to hear her voice and she seems happy learning to snowboard. Will have longer to lose weight then as I had set myself a target to lose a stone by the time she comes home.LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/227

NSD No 8
More rain but I've spent the day quite productively sweeping and tidying outside plus a little bit of extra housework inside. My email to the council seems to have paid off as the man who picks up the littler was out again today keeping the lane and surrounding area litter free. Decluttered quite a bit to the recycling bin as well.
The Boy collected his food order yesterday. I foolishly thought that would free up some space in the fridge but no Himself has managed to fill it up again with goodness knows what. Bottles of water that we don't really need mostly.
M neighbour has managed to track down a window cleaner. Our old one disappeared months ago and we couldn't find another. I am so grateful as I am totally ashamed of the state of the windows but it needs someone with the proper equipment to do them. Can't wait for him to come. The things that get you excited during lockdown!!!!Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6 -
Afternoon all, NSD number 6 here. Work is keeping me busy, have a couple of appointments later this evening so just checking in now.
Had a lateral flow test today and got the result super quickly, very impressed. Am working in the office over the next few days so wanted to get it done. Got notified of my vaccine appointment which has been brought forward to tomorrow afternoon.
Grateful for soon-to-be fully vaccinated; beautiful sunshine today; finances looking good.6
