I feel I just came down the steep drop on a roller coaster this evening - after a somewhat futile day with students online and an oppressive staff meeting, a bit of cleaning and now I just eel very hollow and sad inside and I miss my friends. Really have not felt this way for a while. Maybe it's because things might be lightening up soonish, but not really.
Anyways am grateful for a short doggy walk, ds making dinner and probably an early night. at least 2 nsd days today.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
Emergency fund: 100/1000 10%

Still on NSD 2/17.
Bought some grass feed, and rock salt to kill a thorn bush growing in no-man’s-land at the bottom of our garden. It’s thorns are like daggers and pearced through the thick bricklayer gloves I wore to chop it back last year. It has to go. It’s too dangerous, especially with DS now running about. Any NST known of other ways to get rid of such bushes? It’s too deep rooted and in an awkward position to dig out.
Got in a 30 minute walk today and listened to my audiobook.
TV picked up this morning. £50 to car tax debt. I can resume putting weekly NST savings to OP on mortgage. Hooray!
Grateful for a walk, time to listen to my story, and for tv buyer showing up.

Thursday- NSD 4/17, probably need milk tomorrow so that will break the run. Eaten plenty F&V today, only dog walks for exercise but should be at 15000 steps by bedtime so that will have to do!
Grateful today for a very tasty pasta salad for lunch made with lots of bits in the fridge that needed used up, time for a decent dog walk at lunchtime, a teeny-tiny tidy section of house.5 -
Take a nice long saw, get to ground level, chop the whole thing down in one go. Wrap in saved bubble wrap to transport to wherever add a rubble sack just to make sure. If you are going to burn it once it has dried out a bit, be warned, they go up like you would not believe and they make their own tiny fireworks.Wear knee pads because the ground around them are full of tiny pr1ckles (the rude word filter will not get me! ).Go straight to the trunk. Don't even think about pruning. Cut an X in the ground level stump, add salt.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Afternoon to all
I had a NSD yesterday so that is NSD #3; technology was not my friend so had a frustrating afternoon at work and didn't achieve a great deal. Gave up at 5 ish; did pilates via Fb, had a healthy salad for tea and watched Unforgotten on the hub, really enjoy that series. Had an early night and a nice sleep. Been to a virtual meeting with self employment role this morning and got some work to do this afternoon. Getting some fresh air and daylight first

Its Friday and is it me but everyone seems flat here plus my boss so grumpy today I could kill.Trying to stay positive, new windows fitted and paid for yesterday, bought bday cards and easter cards, paid for next year garden waste collection, as spending day. Cold walk with dd1 and gs done. Re arranged my lounge so much happier now.Sleeping hell still, must do back exercises tonight.Looks like I might get my bathroom makeover done in a couple of weeks, so I need to get a wiggle on and source tiles and new bath.
