Today I am grateful for dd having a screen-free day with no lessons, for a busy but good day of work, for still being able to move after this morning's 'power yoga', for a cable being delivered for dh which means he'll go out tomorrow and I can get to work on Fri, for mum being ok.

30 minute walk listening to free audiobook.
Listed our damaged TV on G-tree for £130 and gave a very honest description of its issues. First offer came in quickly...
...£20 🤣
I know from speaking to an engineer that it’s going to cost a few hundred pounds to fix the TV. So when I got another offer, this time £50, I accepted. TV should be collected tomorrow. Glad someone is taking it and that it’s not going to landfill yet.
Will put the £50 towards car tax debt. Add that to the money we’ve saved on council tax this month, and we are very close to having the full amount to pay the tax man.
Grateful for a dry day, no council tax this month, new tv with a clear picture!

Also very tired and not much done. Glad I looked in the yard because I actually moved 6 full buckets into the trolley yesterday - running out of buckets and space so yesterday was moving things around so I can put the huge builder's bag on the ground and just shovel stuff onto there + need room to keep working. Explains all the aching bits today. It very hard and very boring but I have to work through this to get to the fun bits. Just a lot of work for little visible reward. Eyes are still tired despite only using the laptop for a few hours and stopping sewing early (pesky eye drops keep hiding).
Today I am grateful for having made all the leftovers into meals earlier in the week, for my new glasses being ready (but have to wait for Friday to go for them, for getting an Icyland food order in (it will arrive tomorrow). My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage5 -

I have been pondering my essay today, feelmlike something may be emerging. But its quite bold perhaps. We will see.
I have just come back from my vaccine, and treated myself to a packet of gingernuts and a bar of choclate in case i feel rubbish. But the whole experience was really quite painless.
So it was defo a spend day!
Grateful for:
- Sterling vaccine rollout
- enough space to think about the essay
- fab person to work with for my case report.3-month emergency fund (Cash ISA & PBs): £4744/ £6,000

Wednesday- NSD 3/17, still have plenty of food in the house so should manage tomorrow as well.
I have eaten lots of fruit and veg, been for a run and ridden my pony, been to the park with DD to play and managed my 15 minutes of house work (front porch floor is shiny). So I am feeling quite bouncy tonight and that I have all my boxes ticked for today. Not often I feel like that at the end of the day. My 15 minute plan is so far (3 days in) working reasonably well.
Grateful today- for all of the above, for DD being a star all day and finally sorting out a frame for a piece of DDs handiwork (I've had the frame for ages just hadn't got it sorted out).
