Vaccine will be dispensed in the most efficient manner. No wastage is the key.  Hospital staff will most likely be receiving second jabs.

My friend that's a nurse has had her second vaccine cancelled as has most of her colleagues.
My Mum's neighbours are both hospital staff, one had their first vaccination over a week ago then tested positive the day after so I assume she was positive when she had her vaccination??

No, they won’t, not yet anyway.  It has been mandated today that all second jabs must be at 12 weeks, hospitals and GP groups are no longer allowed to make a clinical decision themselves.

Have they vaccinated all the staff once yet in the hospital?

That doesn't address the issue of not wasting a vial once opened.

  • I have had two doses of the pfizer vaccine.
some areas are continuing to give the second dose as planned at 3 weeks to NHS staff who are clinically vulnerable or work in high risk areas/carry out high risk procedures.
