NatWest Mortgage Timescale 2021

We have just had our tracking number after applying on 29/09 but it isn't recognised by the system. Will call in the morning to have it checked out but out of curiosity anyone had this before? Could it just be the system isn't quite caught up?

Me fulltime , wife part time but been in same jobs for some time so think ours was pretty straightforward,  but I was like manu nothing for over a week on tracker and my broker saying next update possibly 10th October and suddenly today was like 'boom' all ticked and then within 4 hours a full mortgage offer so fingers crossed for everyone , now the new customers habe been processed after the mini budget etc to get them the best interest rate , us that we're in process now hopefully be receiving an accelerated process , hope its same for you all fingers crossed x

Sorry, can I ask, you said you had a broker, but Natwest sent you an email directly with the offer? Is that right?

Yes it went on the tracker then I got a personal email and so did my wife so I reckon they sent us both a copy and the broker and the solicitor named , so I knew before my broker but he wasn't far behind letting me know x

Really great to hear of someone getting good news! Hopefully the rest of us will be reporting back with good news soon!

Did anyones case go to a packager first? We put in a full application on 2nd and our MA said it’s gone to a packager, anyone shed any light in that situation, thanks

My tracking number didn't work until the day after I received it, also said it wasn't recognised.

Phewf thank you! Saves me being on hold for half of tomorrow. Called at 4:30pm today to an automated message saying they can’t take more calls as they won’t be answered before 6pm. Feeling bad for the people taking the calls if there’s such a volume!

Good news hear too, app 2nd Sept, further docs requested 22 Sept, offer received today.  Our broker escalated with a contact when it went outside of the 8 days indicated on the website and offer received with 36 hours.

I hope you all get an answer soon, that was excruciating!
