@ashleighflint, we are in the exact same boat, just a week apart.
Our broker also said not to bother contacting him, he'll let us know as soon as he hears anything, but this wait is affecting my head. I've never been so stressed, and every little thing anyone says has me panicking. I'm not sure I can cope much longer, I'm going to have a full on mental breakdown at this rate. If they come back asking for more information next week I'll lose the plot, you'll find me under the bed a jibbering wreck.1 -
Hi guys ne poster here but iv been watching the forum fir a couple of weeks , we applied on the 20th September as first time buyers , credit check same day (20th) valuation was instructed on 23rd but the seller was unable to accommodate until the 27th , valuation report was ticked on 28th , requested documents on 30th (I'd check , more bank statements and proof of additional funds etc) these were all in process(2 arrows) on tracker until this morning around 915 when they were all ticked , I checked the tracker again at 1.35pm and it had moved to offer , I recieved the mortgage offer by email around half hour later , so from nothing over the past week or so to real acceleration today to get the offer so I would expect many to follow suit in the next couple of days fingers crossed x2

@john5men omg this is brilliant new congratulations, can I ask was any of you self employed?0

@Camboudica
Haha don’t, honestly I’m the same. I can’t eat or even sleep. Constantly checking that tracker. They seem to be so slow with self employed. My mortgage broker said they only upload what’s asked so knowing my luck it’s going to be more info requests as I can’t even see if the deposit has been uploaded. Everything accept the valuation is just on ‘we are working on this’1 -

This is good news! I am only 6 days behind you (applied on 26/9) but our valuation was done on 30th Sept, so only 3 days after yours was done. I am hoping I may therefore hear something 3 days from now - here's hoping!1 -
Nice to read some good news on here, she’s abit of positive light for all the worriers and waiters0
