Broker provided additional bank statement 06/07
Valuation booked (desktop) 08/07
Broker has diary note to chase NW 08/07 to enquire if they require anything further

Hoping this all looks like it's moving fairly quickly, although broker is preparing me for another couple of weeks! The anxiety is unreal. 

Now waiting on the valuation result being conducted today. Broker advises assessment is complete and Mortgage Offer is available subject the valuation 08/07. So very quick so far in my case!

Hi, newbie here. I’m in a similar position, FTB and applied direct. 

30/06 - NatWest confirmed documents on tracker and advised 5-7 working days for an update. 

It is now workday day 6 so I’m hoping to hear something by Monday.
It’s all very nerve-wracking.

So finally after submitting our application on 25.5.22 all of the documents are ticked off as checked, they asked for a copy of our marriage certificate 4 days ago and that is now ticked off today and there are no outstanding tasks. No other documents requested and now waiting for valuation. Is this a positive sign that they are happy with everything now and any issues would have been raised? 

Also when the valuation is booked, will it show on the tracker?

Sounds good! My broker contacted them today to ask if they needed anything more.  This seemed to clarify that the only item left was the valuation and the mortgage offer would be available for me subject to that going smooth.  So hopefully you're in the same position.  You could maybe check in with them and ask?  Not sure about the tracker as I've not been given my mortgage reference and my broker has been so efficient that I've not felt the need to press for it.  I've seen some tracker illustrations showing the valuation date but others seem to report that the tracker can lag behind.

Working day 32 here. Documents all checked last Wednesday and radio silence since.

Hey just curious, how many days after submitting the documents did it take for them to be approved? I was told up to 7 working days and I’m on that now ☹️

Be prepared to wait, mine is 15 working days and I’ve spoke to them every single day and had this escalated to be done quicker. They initially told me 5-7 then 9-10 then 15 days.
