We applied officially on the 19th April. Hard search was done a few days after we applied so seems the normal process. Still waiting for an answer - all the actions seemed to be ticked off but still nothing

Well, actually techinally the 14th but because of the bank holiday our documents didn’t upload until the 19th

Update- got an email from broker this morning to confirm that we have been approved by NatWest and will receive offer of loan will be produced within 5 days.

Hi am new to this applied on the Tuesday 25th April 

Hard search 26th April 
Desk top valuation 27th April
Valuation satisfactory 4th May
Application has gone to the underwriter for further review 5th May

Am on working day 11 today 

Am a solo buyer self employed 10 % property £465k getting a bit anxious applied through a broker and application is still on a queue anyone know the timeline with that scenario

Working day 32. Hopefully the valuation is done. I’ll be straight on the phone tomorrow morning to find out if they have received the report and when I can expect an offer

Had this message from the mortgage advisor at 15:45 - 

"Just spoke to Natwest, they’ve put everything in for the final review yesterday and should have a proper update (and hopefully an offer) by the end of this week for you" 

Can't help but feel anxious about it!

Can't help but feel anxious about it! 

To be fair, we have been like this since last Friday and then official approval and offer on at today - fingers crossed!
