Although this is definitely not as long as some people have been waiting and ours took slightly longer I believe because my husband is self-employed.

the average working timeframe to review payslips for employed was 5 working days then I was informed that this can be up to 7 working days for self employed. So yes…self employed takes longer

luckily I’m using very proactive broker and there is no need to chase him up. Nothing worse then chasing up broker to do some work.

Fingers crossed for everyone to have some news before weekend 🙂

I am in the same position as you but my application has gone to underwriter on the 14th April.

Yesterday I heard from the underwriter reviewing my application and he is happy to sanction the lending just as soon as I can provide updated Tax year overview or SA302 so they match. The total tax agrees to the tax calculation but we have supplied all paperwork again. I’ve been told once received a mortgage offer will be issued. Just checked my tracker and it seems all documents has been ticked off and reviewed.

Does anyone know how long it takes for tracker to start working?  My broker submitted a full application on 5th May and still can’t get into it

No update on the cert other than now there is an issue with the address coz it’s not registered yet with the post office yet. Yep no it can’t be, coz it’s not built yet.

What am I expected to do about that.

How many new build are bought off Plan every year, you would think this would be straightforward.

I never got anything in the post.  I only saw my offer because it was sent by email to my solicitor
