Thanks - I hope you get an update too. I can’t cope with it. I know people have been waiting longer and I know they say buying a house is stressful but don’t think I have functioned correctly since we applied, ha ha.

This is the first valuation lauraloo, it has been with the valuers since the 31st of March !  The valuers just ring once a day and if they get no answer they just put it back in the queue for the next day, didn’t ask for alternative numbers or contact anyone to say they couldn’t get through to initially the estate agents for at least four weeks and the trite management team.

The site management team seem to be having some dispute with the developer over whose responsibility it is to take these calls to  so they’ve been ignoring them….

The site manager told me it wasn’t his job to deal with valuers, he didn’t sell houses just built them.

Charming! Clearly he doesn’t get that if houses don’t sell coz valuations can’t be done there will be no need for him to build anymore!

😭😭 It sounds really disorganised and ultimately you are the one constantly waiting and checking etc. well, my fingers are firmly crossed that the valuation actually happens this time!

Thank you. I hope everyone waiting will have their offer soon as well.

    It wasn't a pleasant process.

Well this is my tracker this morning. Nothing showing as outstanding and valuation completed. We assumed this would mean we were to expect a decision in the next few days but when I called them they've said its not even gone to the underwriter yet and that's a 10 working day minimum! We applied on the 19th April and I'm starting to get disheartened :(

Mine’s been like this for a few days now without an update… was hoping for before the weekend!

Ours has everything ticked now and NatWest spoke to underwriter yesterday who seemed to suggest he was happy with things and asked one more question. The tracker changed to all ticked at ten this morning and said nothing further required but still no offer. Dunno why it takes so long! We applied 20th April but it's our second application so feels like been waiting a lifetime!
