Working day 23 still no valuation done or date booked
Have you tried calling the valuer?  I had an issue with mine where Natwest had given them the wrong purchase price so L&G were waiting for them to confirm the correct price before the valuation was booked.  L&G were pretty helpful so may be worth a try?
Yes thanks I did, it’s been outsourced to Connells. My job is in a loop, they try the Site Manager once a day. I don’t know why but they only got the site mgrs number 2 days ago …. Working day 24 still no valuation booked.

You really should.  Fingers crossed it gets sorted for you soon.x
  • We are working day 17.....unlucky for us we had the 2 Easter BH and now another BH this Monday!

Valuation done and accepted but we were then asked for some more paperwork as partner is self employed, sent same day as it was requested......still waiting..... MB has chased daily but Natwest seem slow at the further underwriting stage......

  • Finally received an offer this morning after a seemingly endless wait. Applied directly online.

    21/03/22: Application submitted.
28/03/22: Reference number and DigiDocs link received.
    04/04/22: Submitted documents online.
12/04/22: Further documents requested and submitted.
13/04/22: Desktop valuation instructed and received.
25/04/22: ID verification failed. Documents and photos resubmitted.
    29/04/22: Offer received.

    Feeling very relieved today!

Exactly the same position as us… valuation etc been completed and accepted. They asked us for his SA100 on 21st and this was uploaded same day. Was told 3-4 days to assess further documents. Mortgage broker chased today and NatWest has said that we should have a response by the 3rd but doesn’t seem likely but previous responses. What date did you upload the extra into?
