Thank you, I can finally chill and relax a bit now. Basically our broker applied for a green mortgage which requires an A or B rating energy certificate. As ours is a new build this currently isn’t available yet but it seems they accepted the predicted energy certificate which is good news for you Latanna. You will both have your offers very soon dw.Jennyg46 said:1 -
Fingers crossed 🤞 mines an apartment with cladding on the penthouse that’s being removed - they’ve nearly finished but not quite! I am hoping to get a conditional offer that will pay out on receipt of the certificate sayings it’s safes it’s all very stressful. Enjoy a chilled evening 😊1

I’ve just spoke to my broker she said she can’t even get through to them they are that busy. 🥴1

I rang them myself this afternoon, was on hold for about 5 mins. They haven’t heard anything back from the valuers so they don’t know if it’s been done yet or not.Jennyg46 said:I’ve just spoke to my broker she said she can’t even get through to them they are that busy. 🥴0 -
Hi,
On my NatWest tracker, it states that documents are being reviewed (8am yesterday), and the valuation report was updated yesterday afternoon to say it had been received (4pm). I know on the intermediary times it states timescales but unsure what the above fall under (assessing further info or underwriting).
Does anyone know how long they are currently taking (as per their case not the website schedules).
Thank you

I’m completely ignoring the tracker now as it’s not inline with what my broker is saying. Ive been informed mine is on hold until I can get a ESW1 form to them. I just keep getting told how busy they are. Hope your hear soonlantanna said:Working day 18 nothing to report, no change to the tracker1
