Ah that’s good, your one step ahead of me. Fingers crossed you get your offer very soon. Good to know about the Ewc cert.
working day 14 now, never imagined it would take this long1 -
Still no news for me which is doing my head in now! Coming up for 3 weeks. Any luck for you?lantanna said:Ah that’s good, your one step ahead of me. Fingers crossed you get your offer very soon. Good to know about the Ewc cert.

Nope nothing at all, no response from the broker and no change to the tracker. I would say’s it’s even slower this week and next with people off for Easter.1

Working day 15. Still nothing back from the broker so rang Nat west myself. Valuation hasn’t been done even though it was instructed on the 31st of March, incorrect contact details were provided for the developer. Apparently the Broker rang legal and general yesterday and gave the right details. Not at all happy. Broker will never mention this to me either. Def won’t be getting an offer this week and will be amazed if it’s next week0

That is very frustrating. I would try and get hold of your broker to discuss the EPC thing too otherwise it will be another thing to delay it. May as well get on that now too. I would suggest contacting your developer asking for the EPC. Then send it to your broker in case he hasn’t done this yet (guessing he won’t have). I could only get hold of the predicted EPC version. It’s with the underwriter so I’ll find out soon if they accept it. I will let you know.lantanna said:Working day 15. Still nothing back from the broker so rang Nat west myself. Good point, I really hope by the end of next week we have both received our offers. If they don’t accept the projected epc I reckon I will be looking at a higher interest rate as they’ve risen since I applied.0

Broker emailed to say valuation will be done over the next two weeks. Other than that nothing. I’ve no confidence in the broker or Nat west at this point. I’ll be ringing up myself on Tuesday to find out the date for valuation.0
