Does anyone have any idea what this nonsense means? Could of done without it before the Easter 🐣 break 😩

Your valuation has been instructed with the surveyor. Once they get the report back they ll review it and then move to offer if everything is ok. 

I’ve had the same message since 31st of March and valuation still hasn’t been done due to  an error somewhere down the line. ( not by me)

Thank you for your reply but the valuation report is already back and reviewed and then instructed again. 😩

Sorry, I’ve not noticed that. Your guess is as good as mine. I’d ring the, up and ask. It does seem strange!!

They are out the office now so looks like I’m sat sweating 😓 with everyone else. Never expected it to be so stressful. 😭

It’s awful isn’t it. I don’t know how they’ve got so behind but the service times are terrible.

Just got my offer through now!
