Working day 18 nothing to report, no change to the tracker
Our valuation was completed yesterday in the morning and by 4pm it said that the report had been received and was waiting to be reviewed. This afternoon, this action has now been ticked.

I am waiting on some documentation to be reviewed and I rang NatWest to confirm underwriting wait times who told me 3 days and said there should be some update hopefully by Friday. It’s sooo frustrating.

Working day 19, rang the valuers. Valuation still hasn’t been done. Passed on the details to book the valuation again.  Feel like giving up tbh. Whole exercise and paying the Broker has been a waste of time

We were asked to price SA100s today - was told 3/4 days for assessment of these documents, looks like you have been waiting longer for this though!

Our property valuation was also completed on the 19th - this report is now back and this application is now showing as complete on the tracker.

Hope you hear some news soon :)
