My experience so far:)
Divorced, self employed FTB, NatWest is my main bank, 20% deposit
11/4 - full application submitted through MB
11/4 - Phone call from NatWest personal banker to apply directly
12/4 - property valuation scheduled for 19/4
14/4 - MB requested SA100 & SA103 for 2021/2022
We were asked to price SA100s today - was told 3/4 days for assessment of these documents, looks like you have been waiting longer for this though!PM401981 said:

Hi everyone

25/04 - Valuation instructed
26/04 - latest payslip requested
27/04 - No update

Have you tried calling the valuer? I had an issue with mine where Natwest had given them the wrong purchase price so L&G were waiting for them to confirm the correct price before the valuation was booked. L&G were pretty helpful so may be worth a try?lantanna said:Working day 23 still no valuation done or date booked1
