    We are the same!!!!!  We have been asked again today for yet another lot of documents and letter from Accountant, all sent over  within the hour..... Back again to waiting for assessment....

    So frustrating. Have been asked to upload Proof of ID today. Why don’t they ask for these things when they asked for prior documents.., super annoying!!!
    This happened to us too. When I phoned they said the original documents/photos were too dark. They emphasised taking photos in natural light.

    Working Day 27 multiple phone calls made and got mega grief from multiple people site staff and surveyors. 

    Finally got the valuation booked for the 11th.  Not convinced it will go to plan, no confidence at all.

    Going to be working day 33 now before there is any chance of a further update.

    Hi can anyone help please? We are applying with NatWest, valuation agreed and was expecting update today. All of sudden tracker updated and said we needed to send in bank statements etc again. They had already been ticked off on tracker. Then it said NatWest needed to speak to broker and had left them a message. Broker has heard nothing from NatWest at all so ringing them tomorrow. Anyone had this happen as my anxiety is through the roof after waiting almost two weeks. Unsure if this is an error on tracker as the documents then went to ticked again after supposed call to broker. Stressed out now having to wait again! Thanks for any advice

    I’ve had problems with the tracker. I’m waiting on a ESW1 form that’s it. According to my tracker nothing else is done apart from valuation- according to my broker everything is done bar getting the ESW1 form. I applied on the 15 of March and if I went off the tracker they’ve not even checked documents or ID!! Try not to worry the tracker is not as reliable as people are led to believe in my experience. 😊

    Thanks so much, that's what my broker said about tracker but then broker tried to ring NatWest over the call query so made me wonder if something was going on. Urgh stress is awful isn't it!

    So frustrating! Have they booked the valuation in before? Or is this the first time?

    We had the same last week: everything ticked off on tracker. I contacted NatWest who said that they needed bank statements again as they had not uploaded. Those today have been ticked off again. Spoke to NatWest who said that everything is subject to offer and will receive this in 2-3 working days but taking that with a pinch of salt!

    Hopefully you hear soon! I think I could call myself down if it was documents being requested but I'm panicking why they would ring broker but maybe they havnt. Our landlord is issuing notice as she is selling our house so time is not in our favour. Had one application with Accord agreed subject to valuation and then they knocked it back on valuation so I'm reading into everything at the mo with this one. Wishing I hadn't used tracker now lol!
