This thread is so useful. Thought I would share my progress.
28th September - Application Submitted Directly
4th October - Received Tracker Information and Hard Credit Search
4th October - Uploaded all documents and ID etc.
5th October - All Documents Pending Review
6th October - Valuation Instructed
7th October - ID Checks and Direct Debit Mandate ticked
10th October - Valuation Completed, but receipt not confirmed yet.
Everything has moved pretty rapid. However my application should be a breeze really. Light adverse credit, however quite historic. Affordability is comfortable and well below the maximum I could borrow. I have a set salary and in a long term employment. Single applicant. 10% deposit.Only thing that concerned me was the light adverse credit. However this was checked before the valuation was instructed and during AIP so I expect this must be fine. Should be a breeze now if that has already passed. How long did everybody wait to find out the results of the valuation?
Thanks for showing an approx timescale atm.
We applied the day after you and have the tracking number last Thursday but no links to upload documents yet. Could I ask how the request came through? Email or just in the tracker? Thanks!
Yes sure. So I got an email with my tracking number and how to track mortgage application. Around 10 minutes later there was a 2nd email. This has a button you click to register to DigiDocs. You can then upload everything they need. This is the email and the link below:

Hi,
Me and my partner had our offer through in August. We have exchanged contracts today and have a completion date for this Friday 14th October.I have checked our tracker to see if Natwest have been notified of this. It looks like the funds are still pending release and with all that’s gone on since our offer, I am worried about any final checks which Natwest may do which could mean them withdrawing their offer or anything along those lines.
Has anybody else encountered Natwest doing final checks after an offer but before completion.
See our tracker below.
Thanks in advance.0 -
Hi all.
Sorry if this is threadjacking....
I applied for a NatWest mortgage last week, but haven't received any emails re AIP nor the mortgage itself
Is that normal?0 -

I'm really, really, hoping you guys get your offers soon. Especially the ladies who have been waiting weeks already. I've got everything crossed that you will hear back this week. I know this is only the beginning of the process, but I feel so much less stressed knowing the offer is on its way, and I'm hoping the same for you all. 🤞3

@Camboudica Thank you. Hopefully this week. Was told by the mortgage broker the 17th so I’m hoping it’s Friday0
