Anyone else feel like theirs is taking ages!
applied 15/09 no updates on the tracker since 30/09! Worst wait ever!0 -
@Little_Gem we sent our tax year over view to our mortgage broker at the start so I’m not sure if they have requested anymore info. I honestly can’t believe that every time they change their service level it’s got a knock on effect on application already submitted.1

I'm confused at the moment! The tracker said my valuation report had been received and they would contact me when it was fully assessed yesterday at 3:05pm.
Today at 1:18pm that action changed from the "We are working this action" icon to ticked "This action is complete".
They haven't contacted me so not sure what is happening now!0 -
Does anyone know the processing timescale for preparation for completion?Mortgage tracker has updated that they have received certificate of title from solicitors. Although solicitors haven’t let us know about this and we are waiting for them to let us know our completion date! Developer has said they are aiming for 21st oct, but only solicitors can tell us, obviously. Will NatWest email us to let us know anything? Honestly, our mortgage broker and everyone else we have dealt with since May 2021 (when we early bird reserved!) haven’t been the best with communication.0

Our solicitors wrote to natwest around 2 weeks ago with the certificate of title, we didn’t know they had done this either. This was then updated on tracker as complete on Monday. Natwest sent us a text on Tuesday morning saying our mortgage application is ready to complete and the funds are ready to be sent for completion, which is Friday.catb13 said:Does anyone know the processing timescale for preparation for completion?Mortgage tracker has updated that they have received certificate of title from solicitors. I’m guessing once you have a date set, the solicitors will speak inform Natwest and then you will receive a text (based on our experience)0 -
@buyer1234 Is yours a new build? We know ours was signed off yesterday at some point during the day.We were hoping to hear from Solicitors with the completion date confirmed today, as this is what we were told would happen. But as mentioned, communication hasn’t always been the best and consistently being told different things from different people involved.0

No ours wasn’t a new build, we had to keep chasing our solicitors pretty much every day regarding exchanging and completing. We heard very little from Natwest throughout the whole process as we applied through a broker. Just had notification of our offer and then the text saying funds are ready to be released.catb13 said:@buyer1234 Is yours a new build? This is good news. It means it has been satisfied. Meaning the valuation has been passed. When this appeared on mine I went onto the live chat and spoke to an adviser. They informed me when you get a free valuation included with the product, they don’t actually give you a price or a report unless there is a shortfall. So basically the survey has approved the property at the price of your mortgage.Crevitus said:I'm confused at the moment! They haven't contacted me so not sure what is happening now!You only receive the report if you have paid a fee for a more in depth survey.0 -
Does anyone know how long it takes for the tracker to start working?
My broker submitted an application on 04/10 and a hard search on my credit file was done the same day but my tracker still isn't working?0
