Do you request live chat? I spam Cora until it connects me with a human and say that I'd like an update on my mortgage applicationashleighflint said:We submitted our application on the 20th September so over 3 weeks ago now!@999cookies everytime I go onto the chat it just says we don’t have the software to update on trackers and please call us if out the time period. @ashleighflint, basically it means they've now been through everything and are now preparing the decision. You should hear quite quickly once at that stage.1

Quick question, would anyone know if you get the rate that it was at the time of applying?0

@999cookies I managed to get through to the chat and they just put 0 0

Has anyone who has received their offer been offered less than the amount they applied for? My mortgage broker had a meeting with NatWest this week and they indicated they will be offering 80%, although not clear if 80% of original amount applied for, or max 80% LTV. All items now ticked on tracker but still waiting for the offer and clarification on how much they will now lend0

@ashleighflint Hmm that's strange, they usually gave me an update. As others have said you most likely just have to wait for the offer now! I think you'll hear back early next week.0

@Jackyboy1, yes we did. We got our offer through via our broker on Monday, and they offered less then they originally indicated they would.0
