Following am in the same boat, submitted 4th oct, self employed and employed application. I’ve been checking tracker everyday lol.TheBookThief said:Does anyone know how long it takes for the tracker to start working?
My broker submitted an application on 04/10 and a hard search on my credit file was done the same day but my tracker still isn't working?0 -
Applied 29/9 and tracker email came on 6/10 but didn’t work until 7/10. Digidocs email then came yesterday (12/10) and now says 5-7 working days for review. Seems like things are still moving just a little slower.TheBookThief said:Does anyone know how long it takes for the tracker to start working?

May be sooner through a broker though!0 -
The data will be taking from the past data and not a prediction for the future. So basically today when they processed documents, it will have been submitted 10 days ago. For example when they get to yours if it’s took 12 days to process yours, it will then change to 12 days.ashleighflint said:@Little_Gem we sent our tax year over view to our mortgage broker at the start so I’m not sure if they have requested anymore info. I honestly can’t believe that every time they change their service level it’s got a knock on effect on application already submitted.0 -
According to the service status, its currently taking 15 working days for pre underwriting. So work out 15 working days from the date you submitted. This is the best estimate available.TheBookThief said:Does anyone know how long it takes for the tracker to start working?

@Little_Gem I know, sent mortgage broker an email only to get an out of office till the 23rd! So decided to ring NatWest and they’re only doing call back and that won’t be till Monday or Tuesday next week. There’s just a little bit now between Assessment and Valuation and off saying Assessment of Application and it’s just on that. God I feel sick now knowing I won’t no anything till next week.1

If it's anything like ours, it will go back to awaiting further documents or reviewing further documents and sit there forever. Our tracker went live 12th Sept and still waiting (impatiently). Hope yours moves through quicker @ashleighflint0

After everything was ticked I contacted NatWest through the chat and was told that it was subject to offer so maybe try that? We got our offer officially two days later. Fingers crossed!ashleighflint said:@Little_Gem I know, sent mortgage broker an email only to get an out of office till the 23rd!
