Have you not read the thread?
Ford have found it.
they also looked into my ecu, and it has been remapped.
A code has flagged up in it, and when they’ve checked , the description was along the lines of ‘DPF warning bypass, ecu tuning’. Can’t imagine Ford would lie to me, not only that, I have compared a friends car (the exact same) and mine must be 60db louder than his lol.

you are going off what ford have told you that is not proof enough for a dodgy mot if it passed the emissions even though they might have suspected dpf removal benifit of doubt goes to the presenter

Why would Ford lie? I'd say if this were to go to court and judge would accept evidence from them to be correct.

You certainly don’t like a quiet life do you? If you’d just ignored it like the dealer advised you’d have been sitting pretty without a troublesome DPF as well!

having no DPF means it has no mufflers/silencers from the turbo to the back box.
