Mate, the guts of my DPF have been ripped out, re welded shut, meaning there’s nothing inside(an open box) just like removing the internals of a catalytic converters.

Without the DPF you will have a car that operates more efficiently with more power, better fuel efficiency and never having to worry about future DFP issues. It's stupid that your making such a fuss about this when you should have been happy the DFP wasn't there and looked at is as a bonus. You said it was cut and welded shut so wouldn't have failed any MOT's either.

So, drive it illegally, with no warranty? 

Sound advice ,that. 

Used car warranties are carefully written so they won't pay out on anything anyway.  They aren't worth the paper they are written on.
