If we have an all day breakfast out I always ask for extra mushrooms and no sausage.  DH enjoys a fry up with everything on it and wouldn't want to swap anything, LOL!

My birthday unfortunately falls on a Wednesday - not an ideal day for a birthday meal and drink with WI the following day!  I think we'll probably have something like a steak meal that day and then have a takeaway at the weekend after.  Assuming we're still not back to group I'll actually probably weigh in the week before my birthday.

Sorry for lowering the tone. 😊
I was wondering  Frankie what it is you don't like about crustess quiche. You can line the muffin with ham or LM sausage if that helps. Just ideas. 😊

Hope you get that pound next week denise, then you can relax.

Crab sticks and fruit is a good SP lunch bubbs

@maman I think it's the quark in it that I don't like...makes the texture weird, but the little egg muffins look okay cause they are just egg, almost like an omelette so I think I'll give them a go, may need to buy a muffin tin first :)

Frankie M - leave the quark out. I never use quark but sometimes use cottage cheese or a splash of milk or if I put veg ( peppers/mushroom and onion) in I just use egg and maybe a hea of cheese on top. You can vary them to whatever you like.
I haven’t recorded my food and am expecting a gain this week. I have an appointment with occupational health over early retirement through ill health next week. I keep mulling over what I’d like to happen and it changes hourly.....so I’ve been snacking on all sorts of rubbish. But I’ve been trying to walk each day and am on track with my silver body magic award. I hate having to make decisions but at the end of the day the decision might be taken out of my hands 😏 Once I know what will be happening I’ll be ok again. It is what it is and I’m not beating myself up about it. All I can do atm is have as many on plan moments as possible.

Just do the best you can milann. 😊 Although I find staying on plan helpful when other things are out of my control, like the pandemic.

You're right about the muffins. I never use quark even with a quiche. I just make it like any other quiche recipe but without the pastry. I have one recipe that has a mashed potato base that's lovely hot with salad. Now we can have a 2nd HEA. cheese, eggs and a bit of milk is enough with the vegetables and perhaps bacon. 😋

I never use quark or the devils food cottage cheese, top would be bacon, onions, peppers, mushrooms eggs, toms and good grind black pepper
Bottom smoked salmon, broc, onions an egg and seasoning
